Have you read the FAQ on vault website? It says that your bitcoins are cold stored there and are as safe as if you were doing business with any other 30 year old bank.

I don't know of anyone that would deposit new money into a bank that just ups and leaves on vacation before all the work is done.

On the flip side, banks are insured while vault 51 is not insured.

In the eyes of the public... Bayside either needs to insure their coins, or not send the entire staff on vacation (ESPECIALLY when there is very very very important work left unfinished)
