Yes and notice the penalties were more than their revenue. They want to borrow $250,000 for this coming year and owe $350,000 in notes now. Look at the accumulated debt over $9 million. Show me how the current is much better than the past. They even borrowed $25,000 to work with their partner or was this for the private stock. Things are very convoluted with these guys. And no I don't think at this point they are doing right by you long term shareholders. Looks like just more smoke and mirrors to me.
