bankruptcy is a tool to protect assets . . .

i've been claiming no BK since 2012 . . . NO ASSETS (minimal) . . . a BK would have been a POSITIVE event after the VR, but it never happened . . .

mac transferred the remaining IP and contracts to ADI, which cannot be a sub or division of a company that no longer exists . . .

search for radient, CIK#, or cusips . . . it's GONE . . . 4 months left of 2015 . . . still no consensus, but i'm still hopeful for a 2016 resolution . . .

i'm trying to pick the pocket of the big guys, while they're too busy robbing the bank to notice . . . long only . . .
