Can anyone here she'd some light on why this stock has dropped from $3 a share in June down to 5 cents?

Is that because they shipped 60 million shares over to VICT?

There seems to be a flurry of actions at the corporate level which are diluting the share price.

Is that the driving factor pushing the stock price into sub penny?
