The stock IS NOT "UP" LOL????????????????
Pull up a 6 month chart- this WAS (PAST TENSE LOL !!) at $6 a share in JUNE and was $7 a share in MAY of 2015, LOL !!!
HOW EXACTLY is the stock now supposedly "up" and "up big" and all???????
The stock is MASSIVELY DOWN STILL, in only the last few months- it has not even broken back to a simple up-trend or even reversed out of the technical down-trend??????
Another freaking "grant" LOL????????? "grants" are for little academia labs or cash broke/poor little garage start-ups usually that HAVE NO MONEY? Grants take a LOT OF TIME and EFFORT to write and submit- so are they, OCAT, in the "grant writing" freaking business? They only have a staff of like 30 people or less when one tosses all the "C" level bloat out of the picture- so WHO is devoting all the time and effort and COST to "grant writing" that gets a pittance of $200K or whatever the last one brought in, while they HAVE NOT STARTED THEIR PHASE II CLINICAL TRIAL(S)?????
This company to me- seems so freaking scatter-shot, they can't stay focuses or execute on ONE OR TWO key items. They just did a massive re-brand of the supposed "eye", claiming they're now a "eye" company and a big ole supposed "phase 2" trial company.
ALL EXCEPT THEY HAVE NO PHASE 2 TRIALS EVEN STARTED YET, LOL (and NO, the freaking nobel prize is not happening IMO, they've never produced a single thing yet leading to a single approved treatment/cure or PRODUCT TO SELL FOR A PROFIT)
They got so many freaking irons in the fire- but a micro staff, it's amazing they ever accomplish or complete anything. Companies they're competing against, the big boys of the world, say a Baxter for example (66 THOUSAND worldwide employees)- they have entire DEPARTMENTS, JUST FOR FDA REGULATORY AFFAIRS or just to run/manage ONE TRIAL that are 10X the size of freaking OCAT the entire micro "company", and that department(s) does nothing but make sure that BAXTER TRIALS ARE IN-LINE WITH THE FDA AND MOVING FORWARD, NOT chasing after little pittance "grants" for imaginary products that will requite another 15 YEARS and $200 MILLION more bucks that ole OCAT DOES NOT HAVE.
Just another PR about nothing IMO. They can't even execute what they got on their plates, with their micro sized staff and low cash levels- but they're off chasing "grants" for something they can't fund or bring to market anyways.
Another big ole whoop about nothing IMO. WAKE ME UP WHEN THEY BREAK EVEN BACK AT $7 bucks again, where they were a FEW MONTHS AGO, LOL !!!
