That is totally... and completely false...

There are endless stories of individuals who have made mistakes in the past... and persevered into becoming extremely successful...

If each individual share holder had done their own DD... on this penny stock... and the deal it was entering into... then they would have made their own decision as to whether they felt it was a good investment or not...

Any share holder who says... MDMN management acted out of place... is wrong... wrong... wrong... their was nothing wrong with taking a deal... that had it worked out... would have brought tremendous value to MDMN and it's share holders...

Any share holder who says... management should have never taken a chance on that deal... they themselves should have done their own DD... and made the decision not to invest...

Plus it wasn't MDMN management at all who promoted that deal... MDMN management just said they had the contract signed... and they indeed had the contract signed... it was a well networked group of investors that took the ball and ran with the promotion... and many other share holders followed their lead... in fact MDMN management was trying to calm down the fever pitch of share holders... by telling them not to listen to anyone... anything... but official company information... I guess not many listened to the wise words of MDMN management...

No one has anyone to blame... but themselves... for making the investment decisions they made regarding this investment...
