No, they would have accepted a more realistic deal and most likely from Volcan and the rise in the stock price would have been even greater and long lasting.

WE didn't even know it was Ulander until the deal was already done due to the NDA. Some did suspect it was Ulander from some of the photos on MDMN website and those that did even warned management of this character.

BTW it is management responsibility to do DD on a potential partner credibility in a JV deal, it is not the shareholders responsibility, especially if they are never told who the partner is until the deal is signed because of a NDA. I still wonder who Group A was! Did you do your DD on group A?
