The deal with Ulander was set for failure right from the start and a little DD by our own management would have clue them off to this and the deal would not have been entertained. Sorry that was a complete failure of MDMN management's duties. They are lucky that no shareholder took it upon themselves to sue management directly for their failure to take the appropriate investigative actions.
