Let me share something with you all.

I was debating whether to buy 100 to 200 million pp shares. I talked to a few people with me and at the company. I was told I have to hold them and cant sell them for a period of time.

I was offered them at 50% to market.

I declined to proceed, one of the main reasons was if I was getting them so cheap, others were in the same boat before me, from the May to July period and they would be ahead of me.

Another reason was the chance that my pp shares would be worthless, if this mini and then maybe one more was a fail.

Sooner or later my thoughts were that the money to fund the operation may dry up and pp shareholders will end up cutting their losses, stop the bleeding so to speak and not fund anymore.

With every failed mini, comes lost investor confidence, not just retail but pp shareholders too.

IMO, this July 28 mini was the main event, I hope for all shareholders the outcome is a pass, but with every passing week, to me it becomes less likely this is why I said have a plan B, a tentative date on the next mini so we don't have to wait another 2 months after the decision to schedule it and continue to issue shares to run the business.

just sharing.
