J Scott Bennett, Michaels' attorney, did a really great job all the way around with the case.

Bennett asked for an extension to file a response, he was given the extension, he didn't file anything.

Now it appears he didn't voice any reason to NOT have this a published opinion.

HMMM... is Bennett mad at Michaels? Maybe he was paid in stock and it didn't go up, which Petey is bound to have promised.
