Baltia doesn't need certification, certainly when they are make tons of money selling shares! "Think about it" why would Igor want the day to day headaches dealing with a certified airline when he can make more money selling shares and instilling hope into thousands of newbreeds.This guy is a genius and crook, unfortunately it will be all to late before the last supper is prepared.
