Hi Chuck

Thanks for the update.
Has there been any further guidance from ?FINRA regarding how long it will take before we start trading?

On previous conference calls Lee has mentioned that there are various options available for raising funds. So far besides shareholders and management contributing we have not been informed of any progress on this front? Will this change once we start trading?
