I never said that DNAX could not still pay off hugely. I am still holding this stock on that very chance.

I am just saying that expecting the market to react strongly enough to move the PPS with 6 billion shares outstanding just because DNA management filed some very simple paperwork for which no one from OTC will ever check for accuracy is a rather silly bet.
