Another catalyst could involve a patent application that generates embryos...endangered species (Grant $$$), extinct species(no man is an island...lol), and researchers that need another source for human stem cell(organ tissue) research that by-passes the need for dead fetuses. Two manufacturing facilities....hmmm, no competition unless they buy/JV with Ocata.
