Arima already owns the shell.

AMDL is still a subsidiary of Radient.

Your post makes no sense. It doesn't take into account that if MacLellan moved the assets to AMDL before Radient went dark, he would've done so long before the trial ever happened. In fact he would've done so in late 2012 after the GCDx contract fell through and options were few. Could've declared BK, could've just shut it down, could've done lots of things actually. And that includes not even having to go to trial. Yet he did.
