It is not smart to spend a minimum of $25K even on a default judgement in Superior court to collect no more than $25K when you can walk down and get a $7500 judgement for almost nothing. If there is even a small chance of an answer to the complaint the price tag has gone up to a minimum of $50K and now a judgement of $50k must be obtained to just have wasted your time (the lawyer loves it though). Then there is the chance that even upon obtaining judgement, a judgement will never be collectible.

Any statement suggesting somebody go all out regardless of potential recovery has never been in the real business world.

(Do I hear Porter talking?)

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
