Yes, I found the rejection suspicious. They should have checked my facts, and then corrected the article. That would have been professional.

And now they've done it all over again. I don't know why FINRA didn't act in this case. Perhaps it was because they didn't want to damage USMN, which didn't do anything wrong, lame as it is. RIVT was an absolutely dead shell, so no harm was done to it by the halt.

Which, by the way, is still in place.
