US hypocrisy at the Federal Supreme Court level

In Oct 2014, the US Federal Supreme Court denied to review the Class 1 classification on cannabis. 8 - 0 unanimously?

They literally had the nerve to say... and this is a quote!!

"Congress has made a determination that marijuana has no medical benefits worthy of an exception," Justice Clarence Thomas wrote in the opinion."

Oh freaking really?? Then why does "The United States of America - Health Department" own 8 (yes eight) US patent rights to CBD's/cannabis?? And their own patents clearly states "medical benefits"!!

Fire ALL congressional public representatives who are against reclassifying and replace with representatives who will reclassify. Poof, problem solved!

But when the country's highest court is as corrupted as everyone else... only the people standing together can remove and replace that corruption. :)
