I have owned several private companies. Each one had privately traded shares that had value. GBG is no different. They are still a privately held company; however, this may not be the case for long. The intent is to go public at some point in the near future.

Also, it should be noted that Dell corporation is also a privately held company. I am doubtful that you would discount their share price just because they are privately held, would you?
