Ed, you're correct. Another website that I use in my line of work is "Justia Dockets" and I don't see anything yet. The website you recommended would have it leaning towards something smaller. I would think it would be federal for several reasons.
1) the amount of money and fraud involved
2) stock market (stock market manipulation)that was inadvertently involved would make it federal
3) the company paperwork filed in Colorado and it happening (the fraud) in different states in which the different company are in having it, crossing over several state lines...make it federal.

I think the website I referenced would be the one to keep an eye on. Most of the time, paperwork is filed and in the down time of years waiting on court date, you finish your work up.
