"If only we could follow the lawsuit"

DNA could easily still be working on getting their case ready to file, and in that case, there is nothing yet to follow. However, if the lawsuit has actually been filed, many courts have websites that provide public access to the status of court cases.

Only Mel could answer if a suit has yet actually been filed, and if so, in which court it has been filed. Mel's latest update about this was pretty vague which leads me to believe that a suit has not yet been filed. They are probably still going back through all of their records to gather evidence.
