Nice try Mark. license deal with a $300k loan and they MAY purchase for a fixed price. the $300k will be on the quarterly financials as an unpaid obligation in a year. Not a mainstream company, not a mainstream technology and they don't have the money to make the mobile apps anything in the market. but Mark I have to hand it to you, very creative. Like your PR a few years ago that shouted "Guardid now available to all 1 Billion Windows users". that also was a Big deal, and it got you about 100 sales.

This company is not worth 9 dollars much less 9 million. and by the way, if it actually sells for $9 million Mark you should make sure you tell the common shareholders that they get NONE of that money, it all goes to the preferred debt holders so nobody on this forum should be surprised if this goes back to .0001 because the shares are 100% worthless
