Makes sense to me. Arm chair experts on both sides of the table have expended quite a bit of energy and haven't really accomplished anything.

Whatever the argument is it's not going to be firmly grounded in reality. We don't have enough information to definitively say what would happen IF the tower were built. Everything that has been discussed is only based on speculation.
