Dave, 3rd Party Content refers to the Posters, such as myself, that Post on your iHub Website via PC and Mobile. You are correct there about being protected from Legal Liability. But, one is not protected when there are damaging .APK Files being pushed and downloaded into your Customers phones. There is a huge difference here. This is a Business Relationship with your Ad Partners that needs to be addressed and has nothing to do with 3rd Party Content.
