Float/OS increased by 27M during the 2nd quarter, it's in the disclosures.

Actually the 100M you quoted is the float as of June 30, 2015(end of the 2nd quarter)the OS is 293M. They claim they have 30M in their possession to "return to the treasury" but they made the same claim in the 1st quarter for sure, probably before that too.

Pretty sure the TA is gagged, Matt makes sure the TA is always gagged on share selling schemes that he's involved in.
