The patents in the 613 case expire in June 2016. Even in the very remote chance IDCC wins a reversal of a reversal(what are the odds on that) MMO after June 2016 won't care what happens. What is the goal of appealing this decision? Its easily another 2-3 year battle for patents that expire in 9 months. Focus on DE and the 244 patent, if IDCC can win that the ITC case won't matter. The ITC now is a joke and has no teeth to force anything. Plus we already have given up on the 800 and 868 cases. Let the 613 go.
