Can I get some clarity please? I plan to......

call Mary this week. That said, are you suggesting the email from Roger, in which Mary was copied is fake, or that an email from Roger wouldn't be accurate because Mary runs the department and Roger has no way of knowing the statutes (which I linked) and/or what type of agreement SFRX has?

Also, is the statute I linked not correct, outdated, misunderstood, or what?

And what if Mary tells me there is no agreement? Then what?

But more importantly, why hasn't SFRX said they have an 80/20 permit as Ace "allegedly" claimed they did? And if they did state it, can you link it? Or did they just call Mary and then tell people who called them without actually PUTTING IT IN WRITING, which is what a fully reporting company would do?
