Agree 2D, Bax is done I think for good. It's a stepping stone for Ariad to get the BPs into the bidding process and to reduce the shorts stranglehold. This is the price before the NDA/Approval of 113, before the disclosure of 788 and before the results of the pona trials. We get one of these before the BO and we're talking big time money.
