ntek helped get sb9 ("senate bill 9" ) passed. was named in group/bill. has been in on vegas board meetings. helped explain tech/shape policy as a "ready-now" skill-based gaming-solution

Nope again. nanosux wasn't invited to speak, was not mentioned at the meeting and had nothing to do with sb9, which incidentally doesn't have anything directly to do with games of chance or skill themselves but was more about how to govern new types of play.
