If you know just the first thing about partial pressure then you know that humid air is lighter than dry air. It's a basic addition problem. Odd how we pour billions into solar, space and ocean research and nothing into the magic towers of SWET et al.

Well, yes, but it really reduces to the knapsack problem in that case. Do you have some kind of heuristic, or are we dealing with an NP-complete case?
