Is there any chance I will ever see my money again from CRGP?

Hard to say. Since U3 halts for domestic issuers are so rare, outcomes are difficult to predict. Of the three cases we've seen in the past two years, BOPT eventually reopened, and has been on the Greys ever since; CYNK's halt was superseded by an SEC suspension, which expired after two weeks, leaving CYNK to trade on the Greys; and RIVT is still halted.

It looks as if FINRA intends to keep the CRGP halt in place, at least for awhile longer. So it'll definitely go to the Greys. Whether FINRA will renew the halt after the initial 10 days depends on how big a mess has been created, and on whether it can be fixed and how long that will take.

If the halt isn't lifted after 10 days, chances of it staying in place forever increase, I suppose. If it is lifted, probably you'll have the opportunity to get out when it begins trading. As things stand now, there seem to be quite a few people who still believe the company has done no wrong, and will buy more if it reopens. That would be a bad decision on their part, but an opportunity for you.
