IMO settlement with Z will likely be preceded by MOU, with closing coming in month(s) later. Q is when and how much? MOU will not reveal amount or timing, but likely double pps. We may or may not see amount at all except indication at ER. As to when: Z may delay past R/S and maybe even fund raising (however, if it follows Huawei/Spex example, it may just forget taking advantage of V's listing/financial squeeze).
If NDA/ FRAND at SDNY turns more and more against Z in the near term, it will expedite MOU and may just obviate R/S at the end of the year. (Note that delisting date is real, but fund raising may not be necessary till early 2017).
