From time to time I run into this problem with ATD ... I will say that about 2/3 of the stocks that got this problem with ATD, when they allow to buy ... price goes down more and soon after went to grey.

I will keep it on watch. I know that it has a lot of shares to issue to max out SS. But the football season is coming... so it might be a good risk/reward at this price range .. we will see.
