Is it possible on September 9 that they just schedule more court
Dates for discovery purposes on the additional claims added in January
And No trial date is given at this time
I know anything is possible but what is most likely
I believe trial date should be the outcome however delay delay delay
Seems to be the way of the defendants
What is everyone thinking
I am not versed in the legal system
Also wondering if anyone is planning on attending because Judge Casper
Will ask direct questions regarding settlement talks if any at this stage
Just thinking out loud been on this for years and not going anywhere
Till we win
Would like to hear our legal minds thoughts as well as everyone else's
