Sep 14 Will MMRF file BK ???
The final hearing in the sanctions case in the original lawsuits against Quest, WebMD, and Allscripts.
Quest and WebMD are each seeking $70,000. Allscripts seeking $200,000. MMRF not only lost the suit, and had the 883 patent invalidated. Now USPTO has invalidated the 466 patent
MMRF is telegraphing their intention in this case by reporting $0 cash each of the last two 10Q's. Viable businesses don't report $0 cash for 6 months. THAT IS A TACTIC OF AN ENTITY ABOUT TO FILE BANKRUPTCY
I would expect MMRF to attempt to delay this hearing as the SCM case also has a hearing the same day.
But if MMRF's intention is NOT to file bankruptcy, where is the evidence they are conduccting any business at all. ANYWHERE?
