It could be that the past history of Salas tainted the reputation of LQMT to such a degree that they
were losing possible contracts. I'm sure any company submitting an RFQ would also look up the
background on those they are dealing with..especially with a penny stock company with little
infrastructure for support of any contract. Also LQMTs financial position. Perhaps thats' why they are
continuing to pay him. Because the cause was his background that was affecting getting contracts.
Perhaps even ENGEL was behind his release, maybe hearing from possible clients that they weren't
going to sign up to anything unless those with tainted backgrounds at LQMT were removed.

Hate to say it, but the 2006 investigation, the enormous stock dilution and also, if I may, Steipps
request for a million dollar pay raise, may be a big negative for possible clients. That's why its good
to have ENGEL with their world renowned reputation. As I said before, I hope ENGEL becomes
more in the forefront of activities and LQMT takes more of a back seat. ENGEL has use of the patents,
they have their own sales team, they have manufacturing entities, and have the funds to expand.
What does LQMT have?? Very little. Steipp may say he has his eye on larger facilities for more machines if needed, but he's looking for "low hanging fruit". ENGEL is looking for Whales. I hope they have one on the line. ENGEL has infrastructure. Design/engineers and scientists. I have a feeling
the momentum is going to start going to ENGEL as I surmised that it was ENGEL that got the EUROPEAN contract NOT LQMT.
