I didn't happened today.... but it has happened to my orders several times... your account says order filled but it doesn't show on trades for a while. It really sucks when they hold it - price goes up - then your buy on the ask ends up dropping the price back down....

It's been a while back... They pulled that business at the close with an order of CN's ... It changed the close price by a considerable percentage ... He busted them on it somehow and got it corrected ... Easy for the powers that be to toy around on volume like this... Have a safe weekend !
