Not a buyback, but a return to treasury. While it makes things look good on paper, we know what COULD happen to those future shares. Short term, it looks like a flow has begun. If it continues, we'll see that large number actually affected. I think these shares are going to end up in someone's extremely deep pockets when the return is done. Thats the working theory. If its just hot air, then thats all it is.
