Well here are my thoughts. I always had the impression this guy was portraying himself as an American who was working as a Contractor in Iraq. So, I find it very strange he is referencing the Washington Post (I believe it was).
With the 50 you had a set time to exchange them.
Personally I do not believe they will do a LOP - even K seems to strongly believe this opinion.
If I heard goat right the suggestion now is a FLOAT although ambiguous as from where (pricewise).
My first inclination was to list my 500's and then I asked myself WHY???
First, one can find an article about Iraq for ALL sides of the coin. TONS of propaganda. IMO one needs to learn to IGNORE THE NEWS and watch what is occurring around Abadi and Jabouri.
The 50's had an exchange window. If the same comes out for the 500's then I will take necessary action before they become worthless. Basically you will be able to exchange them for say 5K, 10K, 25K notes etc. At least if they do what they did with the 50's.
Second for all of the talk about the 50K and 100K notes I have not seen squat. I have not even seen a picture of what they would look like. On the other side you have heard of LD's and it seems like much news as to what they would look like, etc. Makes we wonder if the 50K/100K stuff is just misdirection.
