Well if they push it back with excuses or just don't do anythingh and let the shareholders wonder than their intentions are bs, if we start seeing filings trickling out then we know that they are trying to atleast appear legit which in turn should help the sp move in the right direction. Right now I admit it doesn't not look good for the reasons you mentioned. It's a huge gamble, if we hold and nothing comes out we won't even get 3s back, if a filing hits this will move. The merge we don't know too much about the details but hopefully filings will hit before that even happens. Huge gamble
