Can you get a status from the transfer agent on the timeline of the re-issuing of the new shares? It seems to be taking an inordinate amount of time to get the shares distributed out. A good update would include when the first shares will be issued and what brokerage will get them first. It seems that issuing certificates should have been completed by now at the very least.

Also you might want to check. Is there some unknown issue that is holding up the stock re-issuing and nobody is addressing it with the transfer agent? Taking this long makes me think something is holding the process up and somebody needs to act on something but hasn't acted so the process is stymied.
