No Deep thinking to it. Nanosys claims to be Cadmium Free with the implementation of Indium and phosphorus in their mfg process where Indium is actually worse than Cadmium. This is the entire article for reference, they are not my words but theirs. If the thought process is , the use of Cadmium or Indium anywhere...that effort IMO is futile at best.
