I agree with you on the credibility part. I don't ask that you believe me. I do ask that you acknowledge the SEC's statement, which is very clear, directed straight at USPR, and readily accessible to all.
Again, the 43-101 thing is not that big a deal in and of itself. What should concern folks is that a company that seems to flaunt the rules, does not understand simple mining terms like "ore", and promotes nonsense like plasmafication for ore processing is a company that cannot be trusted.
Maybe things are different now that Pane is gone, but I am not so sure.........
