IMO what will see from FPFI is the SOS of Nevada and the business license being paid to get out of default.

We will get a rather "juicy" News release from Quirk. IF the bid builds you will see dumping of shares that make no sense where they are coming from. After the dumping I would expect to see the filing that announces the increese to the AS to at least 5b. I do not expect FPFI to allow the shareholders to know the new AS number until after the P&D so that they are not aware of how bloated it had become.

The stock price will return to 0001 when people who bought in realize that it was all part of a note conversion and that the PPS isnt going anywhere but down.

At some point in 2016 we will hear from FPFI in the form of a PRe 14C to start the rinse and repeat.
