Also this statement makes no sense: "HJOE has even stopped filing a Notification of Late Filing and the required 8-Ks. What a complete disaster!"

Obviously HJOE would not file a Notification of Late Filing and the associated 8-Ks because THEY ARE NOT FILING. What a complete disaster of a statement!
