someone still trying to cap the pps....been going on for a long time.

I sent a lot of issues I've seen here to IR....the 1000 shr trade 2 days ago ( ignored my higher bid ) that lowered the ask really caught my eye.

CCEL, someone with a vendetta, someone capping to load more...

who knows....what I do know is it won't last forever..
