Friday afternoon right as the market closes will be a good time for the Court to post Vringo's 12 pager. Make ZTE work the weekend and the short week next week to respond.

The 12 pager will give ZTE's attorneys enough to determine how deep the hole is and how deep it might go...if they have not already shared this information even before the 12 pager. ZTE's attorney's I'm sure have shared what the potential problem and financial loss might be...the 12 pager will be the truth of their warnings.

While ZTE's bet was that V was on the ropes have proven not to be true in the short and intermediate time frame, they need to be making a business judgment call now if they are to save any money from alternative these is likely to come down from the court and any trial.

ZTE has run out of tactics with Kaplan.
