At the end of the day, what will keep everyone from bailing out is that this is a real company, albeit a small company that has downsized its operational components to tighten their belt the company is being run by people whose own self-interest as well as professional futures would not be served by just walking away, or doing something overly stupid. In the real business world, sometimes deals take time to develop. If it's a merger or buyout, then the decisions are controlled by the dominant partner, and if it's generating new clients - something that a company like this has to constantly do, you got to consider that their latest efforts have been focused on generating new clients in foreign countries, especially South America.

The notion of selling stock, which even if you're holding several millions shares is still at these prices, chump change money, because the company is not showing "the stockholders" any respect is absolute bullshit.

In the real business world no news is never a reason to throw yourself or your money overboard.
