Market cap BARELY holding $2 MILLION bucks

Holy cow- stunner IMO.

Per Yahoo finance- which is usually pretty accurate. They (Yahoo finance) have the latest 10-Q share count. So it's O/S shares X today's current price = approx. $2.35 MILLION being displayed on that site. I can double check on Google finance and a brokerage like TD Ameritrade or something, but I'm sure that $2.35 mil number is real close to accurate.

They're on life support IMO. They'd have to be near cash broke right about now IMO per the $93K cash they had left on-hand per the last 10-Q filed not even 1 month ago- and they've already sold off (factored) their future receivables per that same 10-Q and borrowed another pittance $25K in convertible debt from Fourth Man.

With this massively collapsing share price- I'd say it's likely DIRE STRAIGHTS here and not the rock band.
