AND I'M SURE THE GEOLOGIST AND THE MINING COMPANY DOING THE JV OR BUYOUT WILL CERTAINLY NOT BE MISLEAD --- SINCE THEY KNOW USPR IS A U.S. COMPANY - AND CAN'T FILE WITH THE CANADIAN GOVT



SO WHY STATE 43-101 AT ALL???? IF A JV KNOWS USPR IS A US COMPANY, AND THIS REPORT IS ALLEGEDLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF GETTING A JV, WHY MENTION IT ALL ALL IN THE PR? IS IT BECAUSE USPR MANAGEMENT IS UNAWARE OF THE RULE OR ARE THEY ATTEMPTING TO MISLEAD INVESTORS? IT'S ONE OR THE OTHER.
